your changed-mind version is exactly what was passed. so very glad that you are now happy with us.
of course it'll be more than $20k in the future...but for 2013, it'll just be about $20k. i think there may be a couple 3rd term reps who will be termed out at the end of next year and will be over 55. they are the only ones that'll have benes taken away in 2013.
and no problem sending the discussion to pensioners -- if any law we passed changed their pension payments, they should file suit and they'll win. if they now have to pay taxes on their TAX DEFERRED income...well, that might be a difficult suit.
