      The entitlement mentality is so deeply ingrained in the public officials in Detroit and other urban areas that it will never change.  Too many apathetic voters just don't understand where the money comes from.  Most of them don't even pay taxes so it makes no difference to them.  These urban areas are collecting federal grants, subsidies and stimulus paid by you and I.  They don't give a rats ass if it is squandered lavishly on themselves they just go back to Washington for more and it is gladly handed out in the name of keeping the liberals in office.  

      Time to start saying NO - the bank is broke - no more money.
