YES I have a problem with compensation.  As a stockholder I would have even more trouble if fixes that are made are merely putting off expenses as well (I admit I do not know if these things are happening) and the company will then suffer when this leader is comfortably retired.

GM bosses YEARS ago took wonderful compensation for the day, and even while noting the unsustainability of the union packages they were handing out gave it all away so we could pick up the pieces as tax payers so many years later.
