      I mean...  he was ordered to court for what reason?

      It doesn't seem to make any sense.

      Not doubting your account, but is all the information pretty clear as to what happened? Crazy, that they had not even yet begun to protest from the reports I am seeing, and the judge could do that.

      Removal from the bench should be in order.
