      this issue is a no brainer, no matter the resultant ACLU fund raising take.  

      I have some good friends on the MSP, but I understand the top-down pressures, and add this in to the mix of different methods being used for enforcement that step outside constitutional boundaries its good cause for concern.  Even if only to serve as a warning.

      They should know better, and if they do not then enough people should be removed until they do.

      If these things are in police vehicles for casual use on traffic stops, then it is WAY over the line.
