    revenue sharing is not a ton of cash, but it might send a message.

    Actually, maybe that is not a bad idea.  The legislature could have a "law-abiding threshold" cities and counties must meet for revenue sharing.

    A way of saying "BAD DOG!  Don't ever bring that in the house!"

    If some cheesedick wants to get hopped up on X drug, let them.

    If they decide to get frisky and break into my house or try and take me on the street, it's game on kids.

    The "war on drugs" causes more problems than it's worth. Wanna keep peeps from hopping the border? Legalize. No economic incentive at that point.
