    Actually over ha last couple of years, it has been interesting to meet some of the personalities behind the 'pens' particularly in light of the effect we ultimately have on policy in the end.

    Which speaks to your nuts and bolts comment.  More effective persuasion can be learned at events such as this.  But I took some tricks away from it that are now in my tool box.

    In fact I have already consulted with our county administrator on one particular issue that has a potential of saving the county big bucks.  I have also a better understanding of the way in which to present RTW to those who are members of unions and might be inclined to argue against it. To that, there is the Gary Glenn Video, but it is not the only part that will be posted.  Working on Q&A for example with small sound bites.
