      The judge may have little choice, and if he is rule of law, that might make it as frustrating for him as well.

      The problem as I see it, is the set up for these situations. Where the rules are improper, though legal, themselves.

      My gripe is with local regulators that demand the citizenry bend to their wishes because they are the ones in charge...an individual's property rights, his ability to make a living, the jobs he creates, and the history of his land can all be damned.  

      The cider mill owner opened a corn maze and township regulators decide to take him to court? Good grief, these so-called adults were not spanked often enough as children.
