    Seems a multi year plan may well be appropriate, but if the deficit is 20,000,000.00, they might be on that list.  The state unfortunately guarantees some of that debt.

    That is collapse territory. I'll make sure I sell them no equipment on credit.

    ...the City of Detroit & DPS. The people who were totally oblivious to the financial projections (this collapse was forecasted for almost ten years now) really should be held responsible for this mess.

    Instead of handing out raises to keep the employees happy, and very extremely slowly shifting the benefit costs to employees, the AG really should be looking into current and former elected officials being brought up on charges.

    If this level of mismanagement occurred in the private sector, not only would that company no longer exist, but someone would be looking at some serious jail time.
