      Scales!  Yeah I feel so sorry for all of those "poor" workers.  Breaks my heart that they have to struggle with all the perks afforded them at taxpayer expense.  Or should I say lack of taxpayer expense - the only ones paying taxes in Detroit are those that have to commute to the hell hole to work and pay the city income taxes.  I would love to see just how many residents are actually paying their property taxes?  

      Isn't the City of Detroit the largest employer in the city?  Last I heard that was the case.
