      Gerrymandering is one important part.
      But the absolute number of commissioners is also vital.
      Muskegon currently has 11 commissioners.
      4 GOPers and 7 democrats.
      Our democrat dominated board is looking for 7, which would almost guarantee an all democrat board.
      And, of course, result in greater power for the remaining commissioners.
      Is that happening in other counties?
