      in laws are in Florida and yes there is no income tax but you should see what they pay in property taxes, home owners insurance and other fees.  It is not always what it is cracked up to be.

      My sister-in-law just sold her house and it needed a new roof so part of the closing was a new roof.  Try hurricane proof mandated roofs.  Very expensive and costly - over $15 grand.
