Sorry maidintheus, but throughout my decades in my profession that I chose to "go Galt" on in '07, every day was spent on achieving perfection and overall with everybody else and their involvement the product resulted in good.

There were a growing number in my field that through initiatives such as "Diversity," "Affirmative Action," and "Political Correctness" that diluted outcomes viewed in an inert material that does not know what the aforementioned is with a bases upon making what you now refer to as "seeds" and "inroads" that ultimately just lowered the bar.

Frankly, we as a people have it way too easy with making such suggestions as inroads and seeds when in comparison a lone 56 people signed their death warrant smack in the face of an entire gottdamn Empire.
