      . . . is a stepping stone to the National FairTax, which as a prerequisite requires the repeal of the 16th Amendment.  I'f I'm right, then the NFT would be permanently pegged at 23% (perhaps through constitutional amendment.)

      ...(it may have been at the tail end of the Value Voters speech), but when he went into more detail of his 9-9-9 Plan, he stated that purchases made offshore would be taxed and domestic purchases would be exempt.

      No argument from me there.

      OABTW, my KW (well, not exactly mine...my boss actually holds the title) is a little older, but looks pretty much identical.
