    I would NEVER recommend going to Phantom Fireworks with three convenient locations in Ohio near the S.E. Michigan border.

    Nor would I ever tell anyone about the Boom Town or Sky King Fireworks located in Indiana near the S.W Michigan Border to circumvent this tax.

    The enforcement of Michigan's ban on fireworks has been a joke for as long as I can remember.

    There simply isn't enough police to patrol their respective jurisdictions looking for little Johnny about to set off a mortar or light up an M-80.

    And if they can't do even that much, just how are they going to know who has and who hasn't paid their Patriot Tax?
