      does that mean they are going to repeal, or refuse to fund existing "laws", that violate the Constitution?

      The thing I'm most worried about is that Obamacare has already been passed.  As far as I can tell, the only way it can be repealed is to attach the repeal to something Obama thinks he "has" to sign.  Since the thinks the country will collapse without an increase in debt, make him sign the repeal attached to the increase, or be the president, under whose watch, the economy collapsed.

      KG, I hope you are correct, but I'm not sure I share your optimism.

      in that we need to look at existing violations..

      Lets start talking about it, and you are right on target if suggesting de-funding of many of the alphabet agencies.
