If RTW gets fast-tracked, and Gov Snyder's veto is overridden, and what's left of the union political structure gets off of their duffs to gather the required number of sigs, we would looking at something on the ballot regarding RTW in August/November of this year.

Aside from local races, there is very little, if anything, on the ballot during that time.

But if they wait until after May, and everything mentioned above goes through, now you're looking at this being placed on the ballot in August/November of '12...along with the state legislature, Congressional seats and a Presidential race as well.

Why create a issue for the unions to rally around, especially during a time when it would be to their advantage?
