      Why would one be "required to complete 25 hours of community service"?

      Why would one "also issued an apology at the time"?

      A normal person would associate all those descriptives as one having been convicted for violation of Law.

      Perhaps, Mr. Con-con Center-Right would be generous and explain for all of us here to understand exactly what his is is with respect to "does not meet the terms of the agreement."

      What part of this p!ssed off the Prosecutor enough to go through redundancy cost to County taxpayers with "Criminal charges have been re-filed against Cheboygan County Drain Commissioner Dennis Lennox"?

      Libelous?  A blogger?  Get real.  It's no secret my opinion (still legal to have one by the way) of the political hack.  Besides, am I the one with appearance of my tit in a wringer with a Dimocrat Prosecutor again and messaging a blog behind the scenes?
