Let me see if I have this in order.

1. Twit campaigns for Cheboygan Co Drain Commissioner to "Get Fired".

2. Drain Commissioner Twit then abuses his Office to further his political aspirations and has to cut a deal to avoid criminal record.

3. Drain Commissioner Twit is re-charged, with the additional charge of embezzlement because campaigning for Republicans in Twits mind somehow qualifies as Community Service.

4. Drain Commissioner Twit, who said, "With no new drainage projects since World War II, the office -- responsible for overseeing water resources -- isn't needed and its statutory duties and responsibilities could be devolved to the county's Board of Road Commissioners."   Is now requesting a Deputy Drain Commissioner.

Yes, I'd say Mr. Drain Commissioner is thee example of what's wrong with most local, state and federal government.  It's people such as himself in Office.  NOT our Constitution.
