They STILL have to file required financial documents, there has likely been spent over a quarter million dollars to pull this ruse off, and they get NOTHING.  If they don't file, Mr Steffek will have some discussions with some tax folks on the way would be my guess..

But we won't let THAT be the only punishment for attempting to lie, deceive, and break the law.. oh no..
