I am hoping to hold the STATE accountable as a comissioner.  Charlevoix County has had discussion on it..:

"The correspondence from Schoolcraft County addressed state licensing fees for elections and the correspondence from St. Joseph County addressed unfunded state mandates. Commissioner Christensen has asked if the County can sue the State for unfunded mandates instead of adopting a resolution. He doesn't feel that it would be that costly if it were a class action suit. Chairman Evans would like to take this matter to MAC."
