      The plaintiff gave up his complaint against "all parties" and then technically recanted?

      So in other words, according to the 4 justices, a contract is good only until one side feigns ignorance to what he/she signed.

      Sweet.

      I should imagine a whole bunch of folks running to correct some bad mistakes based on THIS precedent.  I predict Genies being stuffed back into bottles all over!
