      But rather to make sure that people understand what FAIL policies actually do.

      It is possible to succeed, in spite of fail policy. Some people are resilient, and will do what is necessary to comply yet survive BAD government interference.  But just imagine if we had that interference GONE..

      FAIL, bad policy MUST.  with ..Dare I say.. Prejudice?

      Seth - you need to do a little more homework.  Go back and look at Detroit's history.  It has been under the heavy hand of liberal policy for more than 40+ years.  Please do not tell me that you think Detroit has been successful during that time?  How long do you wait for FAILED policy, entitlement culture and corruption to be put to bed and try something that will work instead?  As far as I am concerned the fall of Kwame and the crooks in Detroit IS cause to celebrate.  Perhaps now Detroit can start a new and I think Bing is headed in the right direction as long as he keeps the riff raff and crooks out of his administration. I hope Bing can pull it off but
      sadly, the current residents of Detroit are entrenched in a culture of union mentality and entitlement.  The money is not there to support that and eventually it will be their waterloo.
