      Care to recall Dubya's $549 billion Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act?  Thank a Republican Congress.  That's probably the only time I've ever agreed with Levin & Stabenow.

      1990 PAYGO statute allowed to expire in '02?  Mmmmnyah, that only ran up a $3 trillion debt under Dubya and a Republican controlled congress, then the Dimocrats took over in '07 and spent monies faster than the gummint can print it, but Dubya allowed it.

      Anyway, for the sake of argument, Dubya's veto record.
