    Stop picking at the nits.  These (issues)are distracting us from the problem - bad government. Smokers getting picked upon is merely the symptom.  That they are even looked at as a potential source of tax "revenue" is the problem.   First the smokers, soon to be alcohol consumers, then cable TV may be next?  All considered unnecessary and there is plenty of "clinical study data" to cite the health issues from each.  Certainly the slope has been graded for the slipping to begin if not checked swiflty and with a resolute effort.   We must stop bad government.  This is the goal.
