      ruled CO2 a pollutant. (unbelievable stupidity by our justices)

      Under the EPA charter, it allows a near storm trooper like attitude in forcing compliance in all areas WITHOUT the legislation of Cap & Trade passed.

      This was an expedient way for the miscreants from our state to vote FOR cap & Trade without having to actually vote directly for it.
