      at WATZ Alpena today states that residents should notice two new surcharges on their power bills from Alpena Power Co.  The surcharges are due to MANDATES from the State of Michigan to meet legislation that was passed to insure that a percentage of our energy needs comes from renewable sources.  In other words GREEN energy.

      So let's see...Two Penny Jenny denies the Wolverine permit because it was going to raise electricity rates?  Hmmmmm.... seems to me that is a little two faced statement.
