      . . . that I mention it at all is because, being plugged into so many organizations (eight at last count), I hear the complaining a bit more than others do.  Truthfully, all it really is are personality/ego conflicts and a mutual fear of being co-opted or boxed-out.  The cooler heads that are beginning to prevail are the ones that know where the balance point in all of this is, and are capable of explaining it to others.
