If this doesn't give the State enough income to work with get out the axe.  
Eliminate:  Michigan Economic Development Corp.  'Pure' Michigan.  DNR Wolf, Moose studies.  Michigan WORKS! training centers.  
Then:  Give unemployed job listings from other states.  Drug test welfare recipients.  Post Dept. of Agriculture phone number for Bridge Card abuse in all convenience and grocery stores.  

Working people pay taxes!  Unemployed people consume taxes!  In order for Michigan and our GREAT nation to survive we must put people back to work making things that people here and around the world can afford to buy!  Michigan and American manufacturing MUST be competitive with any other state and country around the world.  WE can be competitive.  Most importantly, we must be competitive.
