    The judge who is hearing this matter is worse than Lennox.  He is completely against private property rights - believe me - he is the judge that ordered a gate on a driveway to private property on a dead end private road be unlocked during the winter so that the neighbors can plow a road across the back yard to access their property instead of driving down their own drive ways.  Have asked for help from the Mackinac Center to get publicity on this but because one of the "neighbors" who has sued is an attorney they won't call me back.  Very discouraging.

    Can't wait until the judge orders us to unlock the cottage so they can make a hot cup of coffee while they are plowing.
