      Hmmmm, seems to be one of the Purple Shirt gang wearing his in the closet.

      Police say 45-year-old Charles Nelson Glover went to the park on Oct. 5 and stared at the undercover Kent County Sheriff's Department deputy for a few minutes before following the deputy down a trail.

      The deputy said Glover then touched himself and then grabbed the officer's crotch and began to rub.

      Adult males touching peepee's in a public park... BUT, gay isn't a perverted deviant lifestyle.
