    That may be able to sail through a little more easily would be relaxing the ban after 9PM.  This would allow the nightclub businesses to choose their positions and maybe regenerate some of their lost business.

    I am personally opposed to the douchebaggery of the law in the first place as many here may have noted in the past, but sadly, an out and out repeal of it would be a tough sell.
