Are they serious?  One ferry service?  I'd swim over first!   I recently returned from Western Samoa where cellular phone service, broad band and cable are just hitting this island nation.   Digicel had been the pioneer in providing these services.  The Samoan Government now has started their OWN company to "compete" with Digicel.   Go figure, Samoatel is WAY cheaper with WAY more coverage, with WAY more spiffs(free phones, prepaid time).  

Somehow, Digicel can't seem to get permission to build towers any longer, interesting.  So, they went to court.   Private enterprise sues the Government.   Can you guess the outcome?
