      . . . and I don't challenge that.  However, as I've pointed out in the referenced article, anything we do short of a constitutional denial of the government's taxation food supply will not be a permanent solution.

      I agree that the tax strike is a good idea.  What I am saying is that it won't be a permanent solution.  At best, you'll be fighting a holding action until the FairTax Initiative gains its own head of steam.  Missouri almost has it on the 2010 ballot through legislative action, and at least five other states (which escape me right now) are also making progress.

      I'm not saying that I don't agree with you on the strike; quite the opposite.  I just don't see it as an end in and of itself.
