    Were I to talk to a non-unionized employee, I'd explain to them that right now too many Americans are relying on employer-provided health insurance because of government meddling, and that I think that meddling should end.  This would provide them with more, and more affordable, health insurance choices than the current system does.

    I would then explain that this change should be accompanied by an income tax break so that they would see more take-home money on their paycheck.

    The fact that unions like something doesn't always mean that it's a bad thing. (A million chimpanzees on a million typewriters...) ;)
