      Let's quote from your editorial:

      "Michigan has 411,000 school, state and local government employees, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. These employees (which include elected officials) are among the highest-paid in the nation"

      Your 411,000 includes elected officials, which includes at least 60,000 Township Board members, few who make anywhere near the pay or benefits that you claim would generate the savings that you say are possible with your scheme. Are you now claiming that these board members are not part of the 411,000, even though your own comments say they are?
