    Rose, please enumerate your cuts, dollar for dollar and include the fiscal reality of discretionary funds, restricted funds, and the loss of federal matching funds.  Explain to us how these cuts are actually a better investment in Michigan's future than the programs and services you propose to eliminate.  Please quit speaking in political generalities and focus instead on realistic dollar for dollar specifics.

    Yeah, that reminds me of when Mike Bishop said that he had no choice to vote for the latest energy bill that included subsidies and increased costs on consumer electricity (although many will argue that the consumers were being subsidized themselves).
