I have in my possession a DEQ letter signed by DEQ Director Russ Harding denying my request to be able to fill a small portion of some so called wet land on my property. I have a lot of wet land on my property and wanted to fill a small part to build a storage structure so I could keep my boat, snow mobiles, and quad runners out of the elements when not in use. After fighting the DEQ up to its Administrative Law Judge level, where the judge found no reason to deny my request & recommended that I be allowed to proceed, Hypocrite Director Russ Harding exercised his authority as Reichs Fuhrer of DEQ to deny my request for permission. Russ Harding is a hypocrite. The Mackinac Center should be ashamed that it employs him and gets no donations from me because of it.
