      I really think that in this state, momentum will be on our side going into 2010.  Granholm/Cherry have nothing to offer to get the economy back on track, and the Democratic House is no better.  

      The republican field for Governor IS strong.  Any one of them should be able to wipe the floor with Cherry, if only because they aren't connected to the great Granholm disaster.  I haven't seen any approval ratings for her lately, but it can't be good.

      But... there is still a lot of time left for the playing field to change around.
