      As to Izzo, I'm certain he would win a race for Governor, and as a Wolverine alumni I'm torn.  One, it would remove him from E. Lansing and improve our bball chances. Two, he's been successful and the record speaks for itself.  On the other hand, the future historical ramifications of a successful MSU coach-turned-Governor would be troubling.  I guess if Izzo is a fiscal-conservative Republican (no one really knows, do we? would Dem MSU alums vote for Izzo with an R?), I could handle it.
