I give the guy credit for handling that the right way... Was it about the worst mistake a guy can make?  Yep.

But he came out and fessed up to his wife YEARS before anyone ever found out publicly.  They dealt with it as a couple.  They dealt with it as believers in Christ.  They dealt with it as a family.  

This wasn't some "oops, caught me, now I'm sorry" run of the mill politician type situation.  This was the exact opposite of that.  And its the only example of the proper handling of the situation that I can think of anywhere in politics anywhere in the country in all the years I've been paying attention.
