    When we talk about "moderate" Republicans I believe that the definition has changed greatly over the year. For example, Candice Miller voted against just about every embryonic stell cell bill that came her way. However, the Club for Growth still rates her towards the bottom half of not only GOP Congressmen, but all Congressmen period. Same goes for the pro card-check/pro-union Thaddeus McCotter. A Republican party that defins "moderate" or "RINO" on the basis of one's social positions, but not their economic positions is a party destined for failure. What scares me about Synder is his willingness to compare his version of "moderate" to Bill Milliken. Milliken was as left-wing as Jim Blanchard when it came to economics. He created the SBT. If that's what Synder means by moderate then yes you should be scared.
