I can write them every which way 'til Sunday, they'll still ignore my questions and concerns. IF they respond back, it's just to provide rhetoric about their positions that I'm concerned about...which is why I wrote/called. Very circular. They are the example of why MI is what it is.

But yeah, write/call them in a constantly reoccurring manner, regardless.
