      People that think this is going to create jobs are simply obtuse.  The only jobs created by these expansions are for pencil pushers that work for the created bureaucracy and the temporary workers that actually do the construction.  Meanwhile, every dollar that was taken from taxpayers so that more the buses could run mostly empty, no longer have the money that they earned to spend on things that they really want and need; businesses that have found a successful market niche will be punished so that an unsuccessful government venture can get launched.

      This does the economy no good.
