It's about his record. They can say they are pro-life, then they legislate in ways that hinder my ability to retain my liberty to make my own choices. It's about not doing what we've already done. On a level that has brought us to this place.
It appears that we need to contend with the GOP. Suggestions in this area would be helpful.
I do have a concern about being overly concerned with this one candidate. Will we be better served with a candidate that is encompassed by the Republican Party because that will cause a control or loss of control in our legislature?
Don't we need to vote for an American Patriot Party (or some 3rd party) during the primaries so as to impress the Republican Party with this preference? This isn't done and (enough) and I think it would help. I'd appreciate opinions on this.
Anyway, I'd rather see a Republican legislature.
Isn't there a problem with the GOP and the candidates they pick and back? How do I protect my desire to have a Republican controlled legislature without ceding control to the GOP?
