So what you are saying is, we are stuck with Nofs and the party is backing him, and it's a fait accompli, when no one did anything about it in the first place... as in, run someone against him in a primary.
The problem that I have with all this complaining is that it seems to revolve around the idea that, even though no one did anything to get the outcome they'd like, they are going to sit around and moan about the whole thing being fixed.
You wanna change how things work? Then change it.
It's hard work. And it's not always rewarding. But it's how things work.
Was there a credible alternative for the party to back besides Nofs? Did any of the "RINO hunters" lift a finger to affect the outcome of the August Primary?
Or is this stuff just supposed to be handed to you, because you think it's the right thing to do.
And it gives everyone the opportunity to portray the current political environment as something imposed on them, that they have to fight.
That sounds awful close to the whole marxist "outside alien powers" that control everything, and the "jews stabbed us in the back and that's why we lost WWI" argument that the Germans put forward.
And they are both nonsense.
To paraphrase our dear leader: You are the change you are seeking.
And if you are right, make your argument.
And win your argument.
Any change in American Politics that you can point to has a backstory of tremendous infighting and hard work, in both parties.
If you'd like to see things change your way, then get to work.
