"Like most conservatives I know... I happily voted for... through out their careers. We trusted them to stand up for our families, to reduce government growth, and to champion the virtues of the free market. But much to my disappointment, I have come to realize... They are part of the problem... They didn't just serve during a period of government growth--they were active participants."

This is why I continue to have a huge problem with anyone who voted for H.B. 1388 which became law. There were MANY Republicans who voted for this. When I asked why, it's because it encourages volunteerism:

This is a major concern and I'm not happy with the lack of attention or discussion all around. I'm about ready to post names and ask public questions about our favorite officials. Well, I guess I just did for anyone who checks the link. Yes, I'm angry that they continue to vote for this crap while voting the rest conservative so as to keep a great vote rating.
