    This wasn't a condemnation of women in politics. Just a statement based on observations and knowing how voters think. If you are offended then that is your problem. The fact is that many people wouldn't vote for Dick DeVos even though he was the best candidate because of something they percieved that is father had done years ago. That they should visit their beliefs of the sins of the father on the son proves that it doesn't take much to leave a bad taste in the mouths of voters. In that Granholm has done just that and many people will indeed be reluctant to vote for a woman to fill the office of Governor for the foreseeable future in this state.
    If I am so chauvanistic then how do you explain the fact that the only reason I voted for John McCain, whom I detest, was his pick of Sarah Palin as a running mate? Enough said.
