    Yeah, and I think that a trip through a black hole works both ways too.

    PS - before anyone mentions Hawking radiation, that takes magnitudes longer than the known universe to for the matter to evaporate out, and is still one directional.  All "information" going in is destroyed - only homogenized radiation comes out.  Humans or rocks go in - but they don't come out.

    You raise an idea if card check passes.  Equal protection/First amendment extension claim.

    Someone might challenge the law in that it doesn't give the business the same equal access to engage First Amendment persuasion of workers.  This argument has been suggested on the front end - but it makes sense in the way you put it - the business (or non-union workers that are trying to organize other or no union) should have a back-end reversal right that is equal to the front-end right.
