you might argue dillon "affects" all of michigan, but a select section of the state and a select part of the population in our state elected him. thus it should be up to THEM and THEM ONLY to recall him.

my own personal view--the legal argument aside--is that it's unethical to gather recall signatures outside of a person's district. YOU should be the one being called on the carpet for that instead of the name calling you've engaged in concerning dillon supporters.

have the guts to make this thing fly in dillon's district and dillon's district only. and if there isn't enough support in his own district for this and you have to go outside his district to gather signatures, that should tell you something right there.
